Which solenoid valve can I use?

The following options apply to WaterGuard Refill:

• Use myCistern-certified solenoid valves for WaterGuard Refill. They operate at 24 V DC and are intended for use with WaterGuard.
• The switching outputs operate at 24 V DC; the permitted load is a maximum of 0.5 A per output. The device has a maximum total load of 1.5 A.

Please note:

• The use of third-party valves is not recommended and not supported.
• myCistern accepts no liability for non-original or non-certified accessories.
• Unsuitable accessories may damage WaterGuard.
• The use of unsuitable or non-certified components may affect or void warranty claims.
