Quick Start

Prepare your WaterGuard Level for installation, from unboxing to setting up the myCistern app.

Unbox and inspect

Carefully remove the device from its packaging. Remove all packaging material and check that the device and mounting hardware are undamaged.

Requirements

• A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (802.11 b/g/n) and its password
• The myCistern app on a smartphone with iOS 15+ or Android 11+
• A free myCistern account
• A USB-C power supply near the planned installation location
